OEM MODULE – Industrial Multi Configurations, Multi-Mode timer control Relay with Power On Delay P.O.D.

This board offers a simple, state-of-the-art, reliable way to establish reliable short (seconds) and/or long time (minutes or hours) timer.

The MODULE is a Time control Relay for 12V and 24V control systems up to 300W or up to 1200W with external SSR or Relay optional.

The time control relay board has build in power On delay function, additional it has built in long duration timer for auto off few hours after power applied for Gate control, RV, HVAC, Valve open durations and Industrial delay applications.

The board is designed to perform power/timer activated Relay to control you system required delay. If used properly, it will eliminate the need for an expensive board and and external timer, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

The board is easy to install, setup, and operate it can be mounted easily via two 0.125" mounting holes using 4-40 screws.

Simply connect the board to power 12V or 24V power source  (model depended).

1. Power 12VDC or 24V AC or DC (model depended).

2. Power Switch. Connect the power positive rail to the relay Common pin.

3. "C" Relay outputs COM, N.C. and N.O.

4. JP1, First Factor; Clock select four options Both open *x close *Y close or both close.

5. JP2  Second Factor; Time Select, long duration timer (pre-set), OEM factory settings (model depended)

6. Remote switch signal model LA and Photocell (LDR CSd) or connector for wired Photocell model LB

7. Power Led indicator

8. Clock (CLK) Led indicator "hear beat"

9. Relay "On" Led indicator
