Build your own Current Controlled Relay (CCR)

Input level trip set point multi-turn trimmer adjustment (via P1).

Differential set point multi-turn trimmer adjustment (Via P2).

Set Input select to mA

LED, relay on indicator.

Example:

Control electric motor via the relay with input current greater then 12mA. When the input voltage drop below 8mA (equal to about 66% of 4VDC trip point) turn off the relay therefore the motor.

* Set Input select jumper to 4-20mA

* Set Input trip level: Adjust the trip set point multi-turn trimmer adjustment (via P1) to 12mA input. Connect 12mA to the input and turn P1 until the LED light.

* Set Input Cut out level: Adjust the differential set point multi-turn trimmer adjustment (Via P2) to 8mA.

Connect 8mA to the input and turn P2 until the LED turned off.

Mount, connect and you done.
