Industrial OEM High Precision In-Line 3 Channels 0-10V Outputs with dual pH, ISE, mV, ORP and Temperature inputs Transducer Interface Board.

 

The board is designed to perform 3 Channels: 2 Channels pH, ORP, mv, Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) and temperature signals amplification to 3 outputs, each 0-10VDC.

 

If used properly, it will eliminate the need for expensive boards and instruments, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks, or a pricey PLC.

 

The board is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do professional precision electrochemistry pH, ORP, mv, ISE and temperature 0...10V readings, The board offers the features you need.

 

Mounted easily via Industrial standard enclosure with Din-Rail Clip and (optional) and wire via convenient BNC and Trminal-Blocks connectors.

 

Input from the electrodes (probes) and the 0...10V outputs, where the it power via industrial standard 24V AC or DC.

 

Setting the board is simple, just follow these easy steps:

 

1. Connect wires between each output and your PLC 0-10V inputs.

 

2. Connect electrodes BNC to the inputs

 

3. Power the board of 24V AC or DC. Preferred stable 24V DC (industrial standard).

 

Due to super stable on board power supply regulators the 24V power can be controlled (on/Off) via PLC's relay or switch.

 

The board is ideal when an electrode high impedance signal is required by external remote system such as PLC.

While the standard outputs configurations are 0.000V to 10.000V upon request we can configure the board for the following outputs: 0.000 to 3.300V, 0.000 to 5.000V

 

Each channel has its own Zero and Span adjustments for maximum linearity and precision!
